libccss-1-5 software package provides simple api for CSS stylesheets, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libccss-1-5
libccss-1-5 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libccss-1-5 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libccss-1-5 *
You will get with libccss-1-5 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
